Yes. The 5% Quintana Roo hospedaje tax (RETUR-Q) is filed monthly for short-term bookings. Airbnb’s direct remittance is reconciled; Booking / VRBO / Expedia are filed directly. Foreign-owned properties under fideicomiso are handled accordingly.
